I feel so blessed! Hummingbirds are so illusive buzzing in and out like tiny helicopters through the air. Today there were 3 taking turns at the feeder. I have tried to capture their beauty before through photos, but can never usually "click" quick enough.
But today was my lucky day. Thank you God for your beautiful creations, and for allowing me to be able to photograph the moment...a gift that I will always treasure!

I am envious - I have the very same feeder hanging in my backyard, and I have yet to see a humming bird. Maybe it is too hidden? Maybe I should hang it in the front yard?

I hung my feeder on my back porch/deck on a plant hanger that I attached to the corner so the hummingbirds would come close enough to see, but not too close for their comfort. Maybe you could try hanging it closer to where you can observe them. I think they will begin their migration soon...usually at the end of summer.
